Learn From Active Event Planners

We've been running corporate events for six years now. Product launches, company anniversaries, team buildings for 500+ people—you name it. And honestly? Most training programs teach outdated methods that don't work in today's fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Work through actual case studies from our 2024 event portfolio, including budget breakdowns and client feedback
  • Practice vendor negotiations with real suppliers we've worked with—learn what actually gets you better rates
  • Understand the behind-the-scenes coordination that separates good events from memorable ones
  • Get hands-on experience with venue selection, timeline creation, and crisis management during live events
  • Build your professional network through connections with Thailand's event industry professionals

What You'll Actually Learn

Six months of focused training. We cover everything from initial client meetings to post-event evaluation. Each module builds on real scenarios we've encountered—because textbook situations rarely happen in real life.

01

Client Relations & Proposal Development

How to listen for what clients actually need versus what they think they want. We'll walk through real proposals—both successful ones and those that didn't land—so you understand what makes clients say yes.

02

Budget Management & Vendor Selection

Working with Thailand's event suppliers requires knowing the market. You'll learn realistic pricing, negotiation tactics that preserve relationships, and how to build contingency into budgets without padding unnecessarily.

03

Logistics & Timeline Coordination

The devil lives in the details here. From load-in schedules to registration flow, you'll practice creating timelines that account for Murphy's Law—because something always takes longer than expected.

04

Crisis Management & Problem Solving

Rain at an outdoor event. A speaker who missed their flight. Technical failures during presentations. We'll share stories from events that went sideways and how we handled them without clients noticing.

Next Program Starts September 2025

Classes run Tuesday and Thursday evenings, 6:30-9:00 PM, with Saturday workshops twice monthly. We keep groups small—maximum 12 participants—so everyone gets individual attention and feedback on their work.

Your Instructors

These are the people who actually run our events. Not retired professionals or full-time educators—active planners who'll teach you between managing their own client projects. They've made mistakes, learned from them, and developed systems that work.
